There are 9 AGs and each Assistant is responsible for 4 to 5 clubs which he/she will visit in the first 12 weeks of the Rotary year to meet with each club’s officers and directors an discuss the club’s plans and objectives. The AGs will monitor each club’s progress and act as liaison with the Governor.
The AGs arenot officers of RI but are appointed by the Governor.
Although the AGs will often be the first point of contact of club offices and directors, the Governor remains available to counsel all Rotarians in the district.
